2015

The Beginning

Ontrac Express was founded in Lahore by Ahmed Raza with just 3 delivery vans and a vision to transform local courier services. The company started operations serving 5 major neighborhoods with same-day delivery promises.

 First office opened 

2017

Regional Expansion

Expanded operations to 30+ cities across Punjab including Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan. Introduced real-time SMS tracking for customers — a first in Pakistan's local courier industry.

 500% growth in shipment volume

2019

Going Global: International Courier

Launched international courier division, partnering with global carriers to offer express shipping to 50+ countries. First cross-border shipments delivered to UAE.

International network established

2021

Air & Sea Freight Division

Established dedicated air freight and sea freight departments to serve B2B clients. Secured partnerships with major airlines and shipping lines, enabling full container loads (FCL) and LCL services.

  Multimodal logistics launch

2022

Warehousing & Inventory Management

Opened two state-of-the-art warehouses in Lahore and Karachi, offering 50,000+ sq. ft. of storage, pick-and-pack services, and real-time inventory visibility for enterprise clients.

Technology Overhaul: Ontrac Track Pro

Launched proprietary tracking platform "Ontrac Track Pro" with AI-based route optimization, proof of delivery (POD) via mobile app, and customer portal for shipment management.
